Can we request a Late Check-Out?

Late Check-Out is allowed subject to availability, which can be confirmed with the reception staff the day before departure.

The service allows the use of pitches and accommodations until 6:00 PM at the latest.

Rates:

  • For tent and camper pitches, the daily GUEST rate will apply;
  • For other types of accommodation, a 30% surcharge on the cost of the last night will apply.
Can we rent freezers or refrigerators at your facility?

We do not provide this type of service at our facility.

Can external visitors use the swimming pool?

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of our guests.

External visitors may enter for a fee only if they are guests of our customers, in limited numbers, and by prior agreement with reception based on the type of accommodation and period of stay.

Can we host friends or relatives in the village or our room?

Guests are allowed to enter the facility (daytime or overnight) for a fee and in limited numbers, subject to prior agreement with reception based on the type of accommodation and period of stay.

Is there a washing machine available at your facility?

We provide washing machines and dryers that can be used by purchasing tokens at the bar.

Detergents can be purchased at the minimarket, but guests may also use their own.

Is the restaurant open to external visitors?

Our restaurant/pizzeria is open to everyone! Reservations can be made by calling: +393287388000.

Can we buy fresh bread every day?

Yes, guests can order fresh bread for the next day by contacting the bar staff before 6:00 PM.
